Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible to be scheduled with Corporate. Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible. Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers. Maintain organization of staff, cleanliness and organization of the Studio. Drive and retain retail and membership sales. Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership. Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities. Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email. 
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio. Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking. The Studio Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality.
